As President of Industry Insights, Scott leads a skilled team that compiles and analyzes industry statistics, turning complex information into innovative, user-friendly reports and presentations. He is passionate about helping clients gain a competitive edge and enjoys learning about each client’s unique needs, envisioning how data can deliver meaningful value to them and their members.

Known for his openness and honesty, Scott builds strong relationships with clients. His leadership emphasizes expertise, innovation, and ensuring Industry Insights remains a trusted partner in helping organizations make confident, informed decisions.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys time with his wife and three teenage children—whether playing or watching sports, going to the movies, or exploring new restaurants. He also coaches a competitive youth baseball team, teaching players the importance of teamwork. An avid reader, he keeps up with leading fictional authors as well as books on behavioral economics, A.I., and best practices in research.

Scott is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Science in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University, an MBA from Capital University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
