Dave is responsible for overseeing the daily operational management of all projects, from initial definition through development, quality assurance, and on-time delivery. His role includes directing the creation of online platforms, assessment tools, and comprehensive reports. With a strong focus on meeting deadlines and aligning priorities, Dave ensures that all client needs are addressed efficiently and effectively.

Prior to joining Industry Insights, Dave spent more than 15 years as a Software Development & Support Technical Manager for a large telecommunications network provider. In that role, he led multiple software development teams overseeing the definition, development, and quality assurance of both individual features and complete software products.

Dave enjoys spending time with his family, staying active through sports, traveling, and working in his yard. He has coached a variety of sports over the years and continues to coach club volleyball.

Dave has a Masters of Computer Science degree from the University of Virginia and also received a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Mathematics and Computer Science from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio.
